Role Overview
- As a Zuma Receptionist, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. You'll create memorable moments, embody our vibrant restaurant energy, and play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that define the Zuma experience.
Main Duties
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring their first impression reflects the restaurant’s high standards
- Handle bookings efficiently and accommodate special requests or preferences to enhance the guest experience
- Oversee the seating process, ensuring smooth table assignments while maintaining an organized flow during peak hours
- To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests
- Liaise with the front of house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and transparent communication

- Proven experience as Receptionist in a luxury high volume restaurant or similar
