We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join our on-site team at Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC.
This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and managing front desk operations efficiently.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and take messages accurately
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the company's calendar
- Handle correspondence and basic administrative duties
- Coordinate with other departments to support daily operations
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service orientation and friendly demeanor
- Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
- Preferred
- Knowledge of Arabic language skills
- Experience working in import/export or logistics industry
