- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately under supervision, verifying prescriptions and patient details.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and rotation of pharmaceutical stock.
- Process incoming and outgoing orders, manage documentation, and update digital records in pharmacy management systems.
- Provide customer service at the counter—answering queries, directing patients, and handling basic administrative tasks.
- Support compliance with UAE Ministry of Health & Prevention (MOHAP) regulations and internal quality standards.
- Assist in preparing medications for delivery, packaging, and coordinating with couriers or internal logistics teams.
Requirements
- Pharmacy Technician certification or diploma (UAE approved or equivalent)
- Proficiency in pharmacy inventory software (e.g., Pharmacist, Rx30, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and drug classifications
- Experience in retail or hospital pharmacy setting (minimum 1 year)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with MOHAP regulations and UAE pharmacy licensing requirements
