Main Duties
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring their first impression reflects the restaurant’s high standards.
- Handle bookings efficiently and accommodate special requests or preferences to enhance the guest experience.
- Oversee the seating process, ensuring smooth table assignments while maintaining an organized flow during peak hours.
- To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests.
- Liaise with the front of house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and transparent communication.

- Proven experience as Receptionist in a luxury high volume restaurant or similar.
