Role Overview
Stella Stays is seeking an Operations and Facilities Specialist in Dubai.
The role oversees property operations and facility requirements while coordinating guests, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
The position supports smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily check-in and check-out inspections and oversee property readiness.
- Manage inventory, stock counts, maintenance, cleaning teams, repairs, and service requests.
- Prepare operational, maintenance, and guest feedback reports on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
- Ensure documentation, procedures, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements are maintained.
- Respond to guest requests and support Russian-speaking guests and clients.
- Manage add-on services, property handovers, vendor relationships, invoicing, payments, and records.
- Support corporate outreach, property viewings, local platform management, and Dubai operations expansion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations, facilities management, property management, or hospitality.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in property management systems and relevant software.
- Knowledge of UAE regulations, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Russian is essential.
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
