- 3–7+ years of experience in real estate sales, with leadership experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
