- Manage and qualify leads provided by the company
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, investors, and developers
- Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth property transactions
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system regularly
- Stay informed about the Dubai real estate market, property trends, and new project launches
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- 1 2 years of proven experience in the real estate industry with successful deal closures
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

About the Role

Requirements

- 1–2 years of proven experience in the real estate industry, with a demonstrated track record of successful property deal closures.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
