- Generate and qualify new sales and leasing leads

- Advise clients on suitable properties and investment opportunities
- Negotiate offers and facilitate successful transactions
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, AML requirements, and company policies
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and new developments
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of sales experience
- Real estate experience in Dubai preferred
- Off plan sales experience is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Position Overview
- METROMAX is seeking a motivated and results driven Real Estate Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in Dubai real estate.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification acceptable with relevant experience.
Experience
- Minimum 1 2 years of sales experience.
- Real estate experience in Dubai preferred.
- Off plan sales experience is an advantage.
