- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high quality candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and probation processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and confidential personnel files
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Supervise payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR administration
- Address employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR best practices
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and workforce analytics for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in the real estate industry is required
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Job Summary
