Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager with a strong background in Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment and human resource functions.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent, managing the end to end recruitment process, supporting employee development, and ensuring smooth HR operations within our growing real estate organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high quality candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and probation processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage employee records, HR documentation, and confidential personnel files.
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Supervise payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
  • Address employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR best practices.
  • Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and workforce analytics for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is required.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
