About the Role
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate seeks a confident Real Estate Sales Negotiator to manage inquiries, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals in Abu Dhabi. Candidates need real estate sales experience, strong negotiation skills, a valid UAE driving license, and fluency in English.

- Handle incoming property inquiries and qualify potential buyers
- Conduct professional property viewings and deliver compelling presentations
- Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Secure deals by managing objections, presenting solutions, and driving urgency
- Promote ready and off plan properties from leading Abu Dhabi developers
- Provide advisory on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales, negotiation, brokerage, or high value client facing roles
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred

Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales, negotiation, brokerage, or high value client facing roles
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
