About the Role

  • Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is one of Abu Dhabi’s most respected luxury brokerages.
  • We are seeking a polished, knowledgeable, and results driven Luxury Off Plan Sales Specialist to represent elite new developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent premium off plan projects across Abu Dhabi’s most exclusive communities.
  • Conduct curated project presentations, lifestyle briefings, and investment consultations.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of high net worth individuals and long term investors.
  • Provide detailed advisory on ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, payment plans, and market performance.
  • Deliver virtual tours, community overviews, and tailored investment proposals.
  • Negotiate high value off plan transactions with precision, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and uphold company sales processes.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, marketing teams, and management to maximize launch performance.
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with exceptional etiquette, brand alignment, and market expertise.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury off plan sales, premium brokerage, or high value client facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of off plan structures, payment plans, and investment metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work confidently with discerning clients and high net worth individuals.
  • Professional appearance, polished communication style, and strong business acumen.
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s luxury communities and major developers is preferred.
