Responsibilities
- Manage investor inquiries and conduct structured property and project presentations
- Promote high ROI ready and off plan properties across Abu Dhabi's strongest investment zones
- Build and maintain a portfolio of investors, portfolio buyers, and long term clients
- Provide detailed advisory on ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, payment plans, and market trends
- Prepare investment briefs, financial comparisons, and community performance reports
- Negotiate offers and close investment transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain CRM accuracy and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong market knowledge and investment expertise
Requirements
- Experience in real estate investment sales, brokerage, or financial advisory roles
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain investment metrics clearly
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- High level of motivation, discipline, and target driven performance
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's investment market is preferred

About the Role
