Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off plan residential and commercial properties from leading UAE developers
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, end users, and developers
- Provide clients with expert advice on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends
- Conduct presentations, site visits, and virtual tours for prospective buyers
- Maintain up to date knowledge of current and upcoming off plan projects in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE
- Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies and client expectations
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to generate leads and manage client pipelines
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in off plan real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s off plan market and developer offerings
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
- RERA or DMT certification preferred

Job Overview
- Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for a results oriented and knowledgeable Real Estate Broker specializing in off plan property sales.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE’s off plan market, excellent client management skills, and the ability to close high value deals.
