About the Role

- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents and property consultants
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance against KPIs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales staff
- Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, property owners, and key clients
- Assist agents in closing high value transactions and resolving complex negotiations
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 4–5 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and RERA regulations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams
- UAE Driving License preferred

Job Summary
- The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and managing the real estate sales team to achieve company revenue targets.
