Lead a high-performing sales team focused on prestigious and exclusive UAE properties.
Build a winning sales culture, develop high-performing agents, and deliver strong commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage real estate consultants.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive sales of premium and ultra-luxury residential properties.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales professionals.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, pipelines, conversion rates, and performance.
- Build relationships with HNWIs, investors, developers, and industry partners.
- Support agents with negotiations, closings, and complex high-value transactions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client network.
- Maintain exceptional client service and professionalism standards.
Candidate Profile
- Commercially driven, charismatic, and highly ambitious leadership profile.
- Experience building a winning sales culture and developing top-performing agents.
- Ability to consistently deliver outstanding sales results.
- Ability to build relationships with HNWIs, investors, developers, and industry partners.
- Ability to maintain exceptional standards of client service and professionalism.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 7,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at the company office in Abu Dhabi.
Employment Type
- The position is full-time and permanent.
