Role Overview
Join a premium UAE real estate company focused on luxury, prime, and high-performing properties.
The role operates in a results-driven sales culture with elite developers and exclusive listings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, manage, and close property sales transactions.
- Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and present properties professionally.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms to achieve successful deals.
- Maintain accurate listing and client records using CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or property consultant.
- UAE real estate experience is highly preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Professional appearance and business conduct.
- Ability to work independently and within a high-performing team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Compensation
