Role Overview
Top of the Top Properties is a premium real estate company focused on high-performing, luxury, and prime properties across the UAE.
The role operates in a results-driven sales culture with elite developers and exclusive listings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, manage, and close property sales transactions.
- Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and present properties professionally.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms to achieve successful deals.
- Maintain accurate listing and client records in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulations.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide customer service and after-sales support.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or property consultant is required.
- UAE real estate experience is highly preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills are required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
- Candidates should be target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
