Role Overview
Top of the Top Real Estate is expanding its sales and leasing team in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports premium properties, serious clients, and the company's property experience.
The position is titled Leasing Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional manner.
- Conduct property tours and highlight features and benefits.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Process lease applications and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate lease agreements and renewals.
- Maintain knowledge of property availability, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and leasing regulations.
- Support the team in achieving occupancy and leasing targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate, leasing, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Arabic is a plus.
