- Manage and maintain an accurate portfolio of lease agreements across multiple Middle Eastern jurisdictions
- Monitor lease compliance, key terms, and obligations in line with local property laws and practices
- Provide structured portfolio reporting including rent levels, tenancy terms, and occupancy metrics
- Review and validate lease related invoices from landlords or property managers
- Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate with landlords to ensure corrections are implemented
- Track and manage critical lease dates (renewals, break options, expiries, rent reviews)
- Provide proactive alerts and strategic recommendations to support occupancy and cost decisions
- Deliver periodic (quarterly) portfolio reviews with regional stakeholders
- Coordinate administrative processes related to lease lifecycle events
- Lead lease renewal negotiations with landlords following internal alignment on commercial strategy
- Benchmark market rental values across key Middle Eastern cities to support decision making
- Manage lease exits including notice coordination, landlord engagement, and exit negotiations
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in commercial real estate portfolio or lease management (multi country preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to deliver commercial value
- Understanding of Middle East real estate markets and leasing practices
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different countries and cultures
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

Role Overview
- The Regional Real Estate Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Client’s real estate portfolio across the Middle East region.
- This role ensures strong commercial oversight, governance, and relationship management with landlords and stakeholders while adapting leasing strategies to regional market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and cultural considerations.
- The role requires fluency in Arabic and English to effectively manage negotiations, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across diverse Middle Eastern markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain an accurate portfolio of lease agreements across multiple Middle Eastern jurisdictions.
- Monitor lease compliance, key terms, and obligations in line with local property laws and practices.
- Provide structured portfolio reporting including rent levels, tenancy terms, and occupancy metrics.
- Review and validate lease related invoices from landlords or property managers.
- Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate with landlords to ensure corrections are implemented.
- Ensure alignment with agreed commercial terms and local tax considerations (e.g., VAT variations across GCC countries).
- Track and manage critical lease dates (renewals, break options, expiries, rent reviews).
- Provide proactive alerts and strategic recommendations to support occupancy and cost decisions.
- Deliver periodic (quarterly) portfolio reviews with regional stakeholders.
- Coordinate administrative processes related to lease lifecycle events (new leases, amendments, renewals).
- Gather required documentation for internal approvals in line with governance processes.
- Support site acquisition activities where needed, in collaboration with internal teams and external brokers.
Skills & Experience
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in commercial real estate portfolio or lease management (multi country preferred).
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to deliver commercial value.
- Understanding of Middle East real estate markets and leasing practices.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Desirable
- Experience working across GCC countries or wider Middle East region.
- Familiarity with real estate legal frameworks in UAE and neighbouring countries.
- Experience in large corporate or multinational portfolio environments.
