Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a Real Estate Deal Executive located in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
- The Real Estate Deal Executive will be responsible for managing property deals, overseeing transactions, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining client relationships.
- The role includes property and facility management tasks, analyzing market trends, and driving sales in both commercial and residential real estate sectors to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Finance and Property Management
- Expertise in Facility Management (FM) and Commercial Real Estate
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Market Trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage property transactions and develop client relationships
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting financial data related to real estate
- Previous experience in the UAE real estate market is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
