- Manage a portfolio of properties, conduct viewings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing real estate
- Prospect and qualify leads, maintain regular communication with clients
- Prepare property listings and marketing materials
- Coordinate with developers and landlords
- Provide market insights, advise clients on property values and investment opportunities
- Ensure all documentation and transactions comply with company policies and local regulations
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Meet sales targets and deliver professional, client centered service
Requirements
- Prior real estate experience in Dubai or the wider UAE market
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven sales skills, including negotiation and lead conversion
- Good knowledge of local real estate regulations, property valuation concepts, and market trends in Dubai
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage
- Ability to work on site

Role Description
- Manage a portfolio of properties, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing real estate.
- Prospect and qualify leads, maintain regular communication with clients.
- Prepare property listings and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with developers and landlords.
- Provide market insights, advise clients on property values and investment opportunities.
- Ensure all documentation and transactions comply with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications
- Prior real estate experience in Dubai or the wider UAE market.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven sales skills, including negotiation, lead conversion, and ability to achieve or exceed performance targets.
- Good knowledge of local real estate regulations, property valuation concepts, and market trends in Dubai.
- Relevant qualifications such as a real estate certification, RERA license, or a diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic digital marketing practices is an asset.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage.
- Ability to work on site, collaborate with a diverse team, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
