Role Overview
Turner & Townsend is recruiting experienced Data Analysts at Consultant or Senior Consultant grade for its Real Estate Advisory team.
The role supports real estate advisory projects, with an emphasis on workplace consulting and estate portfolio data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Gather and collate data from multiple sources to derive insights.
- Use Power BI, ArcGIS, SQL, and statistical software to analyse data and identify patterns.
- Manage data visibility, accuracy, transparency, and quality issues.
- Develop dashboards, reports, recommendations, and client presentations.
- Prepare materials for client pitches and business generation.
- Use analytics to refine workplace and estate strategies.
- Develop bespoke analytical tools and transition materials for client asset management decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience working as a Data Analyst.
- Demonstrable data analytics delivery experience, including requirements identification and documentation.
- Ability to manage data collection activities such as surveys and observational studies.
- End-to-end experience delivering data, analytics, and reporting projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent Excel skills, including macros for automated dashboards, graphs, and tables.
- Excellent Power BI skills for data analysis and presentation.
- A-Level equivalent in mathematics and/or computing.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in workplace consulting, real estate management, or construction.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in an analytical subject.
- Ability or desire to learn VBA and SQL.
