Job Description
The Lead Cost Manager will lead comprehensive cost management services on significant capital construction programs in Abu Dhabi.
The role serves as a strategic partner to clients and stakeholders while driving commercial excellence and complex cost control.
The position includes mentoring a cost management team throughout the project lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the cost management team and serve as the primary client and stakeholder contact.
- Develop cost planning, estimating, cost control, quantity surveying, change control, and contract administration strategies.
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, forecasts, margin reports, and detailed cost analysis.
- Coordinate with contractors, owner representatives, and external stakeholders.
- Develop strategic plans covering risk mitigation, business systems, and performance indicators.
