Job Description
The company is seeking an experienced Critical Facilities Senior Project Manager to join its team.
The role supports large-scale construction projects involving MEP and critical facilities.
Project Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, suppliers, owners, contractors, and regional stakeholders.
- Track, forecast, and manage milestones, schedules, project governance, and design standards.
- Produce project status reports and manage project information through meetings and written communication.
- Monitor local design teams and supplier interfaces using trackers and regular reviews.
- Provide technical support, respond to field RFIs, and advise on cost control, value engineering, and constructability.
- Review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs from project participants.
- Support client relationships, knowledge management, and internal process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or an applicable field, or equivalent experience, is required.
- A minimum of 5–7 years of relevant project management experience is required.
- Experience supporting large-scale construction projects is required.
- Strong organizational, management, presentation, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools is required.
