Guide clients through buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai.
The role is based within fäm Properties, a large Dubai real estate company operating across multiple branches.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay current with market trends and provide accurate, data-driven advice.
- Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings.
- Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties.
- Negotiate rental agreement and sales contract terms on behalf of clients.
- Prepare and review documentation for accuracy and legal compliance.
- Facilitate signing and manage paperwork through deal closure.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is required; real estate experience is a plus but not required.
- A UAE driving license and access to a car are preferred.
- Professional appearance and a client-focused attitude are required.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence, proactivity, and a performance- and target-driven approach.
