Role Overview
Guide clients through buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay current with market trends and provide accurate, data-driven advice.
- Match clients with suitable properties and organize viewings.
- Create and manage rental and sales property listings.
- Negotiate rental agreement and sales contract terms on behalf of clients.
- Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy and legal compliance of required documentation.
- Facilitate signing and manage paperwork through deal closure.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is required; real estate experience is a plus but not required.
- A UAE driving license and access to a car are preferred.
- Professional appearance and a client-focused attitude.
- Fluency in English.
- Additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong interest in building a career in Dubai's real estate market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence, proactivity, and performance and target orientation.
