Role overview
The Real Estate Agent specializes in off-plan property and guides clients through buying, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Use current market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice.
- Match clients with suitable properties.
- Negotiate sales contract terms on behalf of clients.
- Prepare and review documentation for accuracy and legal compliance.
- Facilitate signing and manage paperwork through deal closure.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is required; real estate experience is a plus but not required.
- A UAE driving license and access to a car are preferred.
- Professional appearance and a client-focused attitude are expected.
