- Manage and update property listings on real estate platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
- Prepare, organize, and maintain real estate documents, contracts, tenancy agreements, and client records
- Assist real estate agents with administrative support, property information, and documentation requirements
- Coordinate with clients, agents, landlords, developers, and other stakeholders for property related matters
- Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, inquiries, and transactions
- Update and manage CRM systems to ensure all client and property information is properly recorded
- Handle emails, calls, and general administrative correspondence professionally
- Support the sales and leasing team with daily administrative tasks
- Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with company procedures
- Prepare reports, trackers, and other administrative documents as required
- Assist with scheduling meetings, property viewings, and follow ups
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry
- Good knowledge of real estate procedures, documentation, and market practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems and real estate portals is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn

Overview
- We are looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Real Estate Admin to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have around 1 year of experience in the real estate industry, with a good understanding of real estate operations, documentation, client coordination, and administrative support.
