Job Description

  • We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills and experience in handling customer calls, sales inquiries, and client support.
  • The ideal candidate should be confident in making outbound calls, managing customer relationships, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, telesales, or sales roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence and professionalism while communicating with customers over the phone.
  • UAE experience is preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with their own visa are preferred.

  • From AED 2,500 per month
