Minimum Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience in mobile development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in React Native.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and component-driven development.
- Experience integrating APIs, handling authentication, and managing application state.
- Understanding of mobile debugging, profiling, and performance optimization techniques.
- A BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA, or equivalent relevant background.
Mobile App Development
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and reusable, scalable components.
- Implement pixel-perfect interfaces from design specifications across iOS and Android.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, handle asynchronous flows, and manage application state.
- Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
- Diagnose bugs, crashes, and performance bottlenecks while optimizing startup and rendering performance.
Collaboration and Delivery
- Work with design, product, and backend teams to refine requirements and deliver features end-to-end.
- Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, technical updates, and documentation.
- Support release processes, versioning, and app store deployments while ensuring quality and stability.
AI-Enabled Enhancements
- Collaborate on integrating AI-driven capabilities such as smart suggestions, personalization, or automation into mobile workflows.
