Raw Material Planner for chemical, paint, and coatings manufacturing.

About the Company
The employer is a petrochemical manufacturer and trader of paints, coatings, resins, adhesives, and construction chemicals.
The company has factories and operations across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
Job Description
- Plan raw material requirements using production plans, forecasts, MRP, inventory levels, safety stock, MOQ, and supplier lead times.
- Manage material availability and supply risks by identifying shortages and monitoring open purchase orders and supplier commitments.
- Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers to support timely deliveries.
- Monitor excess, slow-moving, obsolete, and near-expiry materials to optimize inventory.
- Maintain planning parameters and ERP master data and provide shortage, availability, and inventory reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
