About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take offs from drawings, specifications, and tender documents for MEP works
- Verify quantities executed at site and maintain accurate measurement records
- Monitor project costs against budgets and identify cost saving opportunities
- Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and commercial progress reports
- Review contract documents, BOQs, specifications, and conditions of contract
- Prepare and submit variation orders, claims, and change order proposals
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in subcontract award recommendations
- Prepare monthly interim payment applications and supporting documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a QS managing MEP projects
- Solid understanding of quantity take off, cost estimation, variation management, subcontractor valuation, cost control

Job Overview
- Manage all quantity surveying and commercial activities related to MEP works.
- Ensure commercial success and contractual compliance of the project.
