About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end execution of MEP works as per project schedule
- Develop detailed project execution plans, resource plans, and look ahead schedules
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other disciplines for seamless integration
- Oversee site activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and low current systems
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements
- Monitor daily progress and resolve site level technical issues
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors
- Allocate tasks and ensure productivity and performance targets are met
- Monitor project budgets and control MEP related costs
- Review material procurement and ensure cost effective execution
- Ensure all works comply with QA/QC standards and project specifications
- Enforce HSE policies and ensure safe working practices on site
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Project management and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Problem solving and decision making ability
- Knowledge of construction codes and authority regulations

Role Overview
- The Project Manager – MEP is responsible for overall planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery of MEP works within construction projects.
- The role ensures that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
