About the Role

- Lead end to end execution of MEP works as per project schedule
- Develop detailed project execution plans, resource plans, and look ahead schedules
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other disciplines for seamless integration
- Oversee site activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and low current systems
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements
- Monitor daily progress and resolve site level technical issues
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors
- Allocate tasks and ensure productivity and performance targets are met
- Conduct regular coordination meetings with project teams
- Monitor project budgets and control MEP related costs
- Review material procurement and ensure cost effective execution
- Approve work progress for billing and subcontractor payments
