- Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications for data centre projects
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection
- Perform quantity take offs and validate BOQs
- Analyze vendor/subcontractor quotations for technical compliance and cost optimization
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for inputs and clarifications
- Prepare cost comparisons, value engineering proposals, and risk analysis
- Attend pre bid meetings and site visits when required
- Ensure estimates are aligned with project scope, timelines, and client requirements
- Maintain a database of historical costs, suppliers, and productivity norms
- Support in preparation of tender submissions and technical/commercial proposals
Requirements
- Experience in preparing cost estimates for mechanical systems in data centre projects
- Ability to review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems

Role Overview
- The Senior Estimator – Mechanical is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for mechanical systems in data centre projects.
