Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and execution of HVAC works
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project delivery
- Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs related to HVAC systems
- Prepare method statements, work schedules, and material submittals
- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to approved drawings and timelines
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, ASHRAE standards, local authority regulations, and safety norms
- Identify technical issues at site and propose effective solutions
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality control of HVAC works
- Assist in preparation of work programs and manpower planning
- Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability at site
- Monitor material consumption and control wastage
Requirements
- Experience in HVAC project execution and coordination
- Knowledge of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, piping, and ventilation
- Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and local authority regulations
- Ability to supervise installation, testing, and commissioning
- Strong problem solving and technical skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

Technical Responsibilities

- Identify technical issues at site and propose effective solutions.
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality control of HVAC works.
Planning & Cost Control
- Assist in preparation of work programs and manpower planning.
- Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability at site.
- Monitor material consumption and control wastage.
- Support in variation identification, technical clarifications, and site instructions.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Maintain as built drawings, inspection requests (IRs), and test reports.
- Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and approvals.
- Assist in preparation of handover documents and O&M manuals.
