Job Description
- Measures work progress, prepares interim valuations, evaluates variations, maintains cost records, and supports claims assessment and final account preparation activities.
- Performs other duties as required.
Skills & Abilities
- Basic knowledge of project accounting policies, practices, and principles.
- Basic knowledge of and ability with enterprise financial systems (example: Oracle).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software (example: Excel, Word, etc.).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able communicate verbally and in writing in the language of the project managers they support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6 10 years experience.
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
- Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Claims exposure, final accounts.
- Value Added skills: Cost forecasting, negotiation support
