- Maintain the stakeholder register, approval tracker, and permit log, keeping status, dates, and conditions current
- Submit applications through authority portals, monitor progress, and follow up proactively to chase responses and clear queries
- Coordinate utility survey, trial pit, and affection plan requests, and help compile findings into submissions
- Take minutes and actions at stakeholder coordination meetings and circulate them promptly
- Track conditions of approval and support close out, flagging anything overdue or at risk to the senior engineer
- Assist with correspondence to authorities and developers under supervision
- Maintain an organized document filing system for all approvals and stakeholder records
- Build working knowledge of the standards and requirements of Dubai and Northern Emirates authorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Infrastructure, or related Engineering discipline
- 1–4 years' experience; UAE infrastructure or authority coordination exposure is an advantage
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and document control skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with submission portals a plus
- UAE driving licence preferred

Role Description
- The Graduate Engineer – Stakeholder Management – Dubai (NOC / Permitting Engineer) is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate supports the delivery of authority approvals and stakeholder coordination, providing the documentation, tracking, and follow up that keep NOC and permit submissions moving.
- This is a developmental role designed to build hands on knowledge of the UAE approval landscape under the guidance of the senior engineer.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Infrastructure, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 1–4 years' experience; UAE infrastructure or authority coordination exposure is an advantage.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and document control skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with submission portals a plus.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
