- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management from approved University
- Professionally Qualified Chartered status, RICS, AIQS, CIQS, ASAQS, NZIQS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, AutoCAD and Outlook

Role Overview
- This role is for an in house position in our company which we currently have commercial and residential projects within the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in UAE and overseas
- Must have fitout experience, developer/client side background is an advantage
- Proven experience in quantity take offs, BOQ preparation, and cost control.
- Experience managing procurement processes and subcontractor coordination.
- Familiarity with contract administration, variation management, and claims.
- Experience in UAE construction or interior fit out projects is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management from approved University.
- Professionally Qualified Chartered status, RICS, AIQS, CIQS, ASAQS, NZIQS
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation.
- Excellent understanding of construction procurement processes and contract administration.
- Ability to review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, AutoCAD and Outlook.
