Position Overview
Senior Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer role in real estate and construction for high-rise residential projects.
The position manages quantity surveying, billing, cost control, contracts, and commercial activities.
The role is full-time and located in Mumbai.
Quantity Surveying and Cost Management
- Manage quantity surveying and cost control for high-rise residential construction projects.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analyses, and cost estimates from drawings.
- Review scopes and drawings for quantity variations and cost implications.
- Monitor quantities against BOQs and approved budgets.
- Prepare variation, extra-item, and deviation statements.
- Maintain cost reports, budgets, forecasts, and commercial coordination with project and procurement teams.
Billing and Certification
- Prepare and verify contractor and subcontractor RA bills from site measurements and executed quantities.
- Check measurement sheets, measurement books, work orders, BOQs, and supporting documents.
- Verify contractor claims against approved drawings, BOQs, work orders, and contract conditions.
- Prepare client bills, subcontractor bills, and payment certificates.
