Job Summary
Mechanical Head role overseeing mechanical operations and technical requirements across all project sites.
The role requires 15+ years of experience in construction or project environments.
The position covers cranes, hoists, construction equipment, heavy machinery, mechanical systems, maintenance, safety, and technical operations.
Crane and Equipment Management
- Take overall responsibility for cranes and mechanical equipment across all project sites.
- Manage tower cranes, mobile cranes, material and passenger hoists, and construction equipment.
- Plan equipment deployment based on project requirements and construction schedules.
- Ensure installation, commissioning, operation, and dismantling of cranes and equipment.
- Monitor equipment utilization, performance, and operational efficiency.
Technical and Maintenance Management
- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of cranes, hoists, machinery, and mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and coordinate timely rectification.
- Review equipment condition and recommend repair, replacement, or refurbishment.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, service records, and breakdown reports.
