Job Summary
Lead overall facility management, maintenance, operations, and upkeep across all company project sites.
The role covers residential and commercial properties and requires coordination of sites, teams, contractors, vendors, MEP services, and building maintenance.
The successful candidate will ensure sites and properties are safe, functional, compliant, well-maintained, and operationally efficient.
Experience Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in facility management, real estate, construction, residential high-rise, commercial buildings, or similar environments.
- Experience managing multiple sites, teams, contractors, vendors, MEP services, building maintenance, and daily facility operations.
Multi-Site Facility Management
- Take overall responsibility for facility management and maintenance across all company project sites.
- Conduct regular visits and inspections across multiple residential and commercial project locations.
- Monitor site condition, maintenance, cleanliness, safety, functionality, and presentation standards.
- Establish standard facility management procedures and implement long-term corrective measures for recurring issues.
