The role is for a Plumbing Engineer based in Jogeshwari, Mumbai.
The employment type is full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and oversee plumbing system installation in residential and commercial buildings.
- Review blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing specifications.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical submittals.
- Oversee water supply, drainage, sewage, and rainwater harvesting systems.
- Coordinate plumbing designs with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and site teams.
- Visit sites, monitor execution, and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Test and commission completed plumbing systems.
- Guide site supervisors and plumbing contractors.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Five to seven years of plumbing engineering experience, preferably in construction or real estate.
- Strong understanding of plumbing design principles, materials, and installation techniques.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar design tools.
- Good communication, coordination, and site supervision skills.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
