Role Description
The Quantity Surveyor manages cost and value across construction projects.
The role ensures expenditures are controlled and aligned with project budgets.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities, conduct cost planning and estimation, and monitor cost-control measures.
- Prepare periodic cost reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to evaluate tenders and assess variations.
- Support contract administration and assist with project cash-flow forecasting.
- Identify cost risks and recommend ways to optimize financial performance.
