Role Description
The Civil Foreman for Construction oversees daily site operations and ensures civil works meet safety, schedule, specification, and quality requirements.
The role is full-time and on-site in the United Arab Emirates, requiring consistent presence on construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Supervise site crews and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors.
- Monitor heavy equipment use and organize materials and resources.
- Conduct site inspections, enforce safety regulations, resolve on-site issues, and report progress to project management.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of relevant experience is required.
- Relevant civil foreman or similar experience in building and infrastructure projects is required.
- Candidates must have supervisory, communication, carpentry, maintenance, and heavy equipment coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations is required.
- Candidates must be able to interpret technical drawings and work schedules.
- A high school diploma or technical certification in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is required.
- A valid driving license is required.
- Additional professional training is advantageous.
