Role Description
Full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineer role based in the United Arab Emirates.
Design, review, and implementation of mechanical systems for structural construction projects.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, and architectural teams and support site activities.
Contribute to quality assurance, safety, technical reporting, and continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and update mechanical drawings and models.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning on site.
- Monitor project progress and support procurement of materials and equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and prepare technical reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant construction experience.
- Practical experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in machine design and CAD tools.
- Project management experience with multidisciplinary coordination and site monitoring.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- UAE or GCC construction experience is beneficial.
- Currently based in the UAE and holding a valid driving license.
- Advanced construction or project management certifications are advantageous.
