About the Role
Anotech is seeking a Quality Lead for a DEHE Vessel project in Doha, Qatar. The role involves implementing the project quality management program, supervising quality activities during offshore installation, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Responsibilities
- Implement the Project Quality Plan and ensure effective implementation of Contractor’s Project Quality Management System and procedures
- Implement the Construction Surveillance Program to confirm compliance with project specifications
- Review and approve EPC Contractors and Subcontractors Inspection & Test Plans, quality control procedures and testing procedures
- Implement quality control over welding processes
- Attend regular meetings with Contractor and subcontractors to monitor progress and resolve quality issues
- Manage inspection resources using approved Site Inspection Services (SIS) agencies
- Conduct Flawless Quality training programs and Welding training programs in conjunction with Contractor
- Conduct regular site walk throughs with fabrication yard management team to highlight quality and safety issues
- Ensure inspection records are maintained in a database aligned with completions management system
- Implement Deficiency & NCR Management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or Engineering
- Additional quality, welding and NDE inspection related qualifications
- 8 years’ experience in offshore Oil & Gas Industry
- 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel
- Experience relevant to installation of offshore structures and pipelines
- Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies
- Experience in working in large scale operating Organizations in Operations and projects
- Knowledge of relevant Quality Systems, specifications and tools
- Knowledge of Industry standards
- Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills

Job Purpose
- Responsible for implementing the project quality management program and ensuring effective implementation of Contractor’s quality management system
- During installation of jackets, topsides and pipeline installation scope for the Project
- Supervise quality activities during execution to meet overall project objectives
