- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering work packages
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure successful delivery within timelines and budgets
- Coordinate and manage customer meetings, project reviews, and progress reporting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Systems Engineering, Software Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and IVVQ
- Work closely with Project Manager and engineering discipline leads for resource allocation
- Identify and resolve delivery risks, issues, and bottlenecks
- Promote Agile and Lean methodologies to improve delivery performance
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Mentor and support delivery teams
- Ensure compliance with quality, cybersecurity, and project governance requirements
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software or engineering delivery
- At least 3 years in a Delivery Manager or Work Package Manager role
- Experience delivering complex engineering or software projects in multidisciplinary environments
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Experience with Jira, GitLab, and similar platforms
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and collaborative engineering practices
- Fluent in English; French and/or Arabic is a plus
- PMP or IPMA certification is an advantage

Job Purpose
- The role is responsible for leading the engineering delivery of infrastructure and software development work packages, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- The successful candidate will work closely with cross functional teams, customers, and stakeholders to drive successful project execution throughout the 'Build & Run' lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering work packages, including scheduling, budget control, risk management, and resource planning.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage customer meetings, project reviews, and progress reporting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Systems Engineering, Software Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and IVVQ.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and engineering discipline leads to ensure effective resource allocation and skills management.
- Identify and resolve delivery risks, issues, and bottlenecks to maintain project momentum.
- Promote Agile and Lean methodologies to improve delivery performance and team efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Mentor and support delivery teams, encouraging continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with quality, cybersecurity, and project governance requirements.
Qualifications And Experience
- Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software or engineering delivery, with at least 3 years in a Delivery Manager or Work Package Manager role.
- Experience delivering complex engineering or software projects within multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder management, and reporting.
- Experience working with Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Solution Architects, and Systems Engineering teams.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, GitLab, and similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and collaborative engineering practices.
- Experience in environments with high cybersecurity and critical system requirements is highly desirable.
- PMP or IPMA certification is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; French and/or Arabic is a plus.
