Inspect TechnipFMC products received from other plants and vendors.
Perform quality-control inspections during the manufacturing process according to the DBI.
Job Description
- Ensure Manufacturing Record Books are complete and accurate before storage.
- Maintain SAP records after quality-control operations, including nonconformance entries.
- Document inspection outcomes and upload them to the server.
- Complete stage inspections such as NDT, hardness, and coating inspections.
- Maintain traceability and integrity of MTCs, supplier records, and MRBs.
- Maintain calibration records in the system.
- Recommend improvements to production processes and quality control.
- Retrieve and verify MRBs before storage.
- Compile and upload inspection, performance, and calibration reports.
- Interpret machine drawings and compare them with actual components.
- Assist third-party inspection activities at internal facilities.
- Review customer quality requirements and seek clarifications or exceptions when needed.
Required Knowledge and Education
- Applicants should be pursuing a Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree.
- Relevant work experience may compensate for a lack of formal education.
- Previous internship experience in an oil and gas or manufacturing company is required.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills are required.
- Operational computer knowledge is required.
- Quality-control inspection knowledge is required.
- Understanding of any ERP software is nice to have.
