Job Purpose

Job Responsibilities

• Align People & Culture activities with business requirements and corporate HR objectives.
• Implement HR solutions supporting business improvement, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness.
• Advise managers and employees on policies, employment practices, legislation, disciplinary matters, and capability processes.
• Coach managers on people management responsibilities and consistent decision-making.
• Develop and implement People & Culture policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Support international mobility and assignment requirements.
• Support HR projects, corporate initiatives, change adoption, and operational priorities.
• Coordinate employee administration and lifecycle transactions with Shared Services.
• Support behavioral competency-based interviewing and recruitment practices.
• Coordinate with the GRO team on government requirements compliance.
• Support disciplinary, grievance, capability, and performance-related cases.
• Promote best practice, continuous improvement, and accountability across HR activities.
